Restorative Yoga

Today I spent the afternoon teaching a Restorative Yoga program.  It was a perfect day.  A gentle rain fell as the students moved from one restorative posture to another.  I am so lucky and blessed to have the privilege to do in this life what I love.  Get Real Get Fit and do what you love!
